I'm SO glad it's Friday! Oh my goodness! Not only is it my day off today, but I also have the weekend off too!
It's been a busy week here and a sad one too. We took Rottie-dear to the vet on Saturday because of the awful growth on her leg. Turns out she had another growth on her chest. We got the bad news on Monday that it was cancer and it had spread to her lungs. She was 10 years old and we didn't want to put her through any more pain---so we had her put to sleep. I hated to do it, but it had to be done. For an extra $30, they buried her on Dr. Royal's property--out under the pine trees. We sure will miss her--she was a good, good dog! Rest in peace, Lucy!
Chipmunk finished week #2 of her three week driver's ed training. She's been getting A's on the tests and on her driving. Rovorkius let her drive his pick up truck home (from her class) today. She looks SO tiny behind the wheel of that huge truck!Here's a few pictures she took with her new camera phone.
We got Chipmunk a new (it was used, but very nice) camera phone as she spilled white grape/peach juice on her other one.
She is paying me for this one. Her new phone not only takes pictures, but has a video feature on it too.
Okay, not much else happening in our neck of the woods except hot, hot, HOT temps! So take care, everyone, and stay cool this summer!

My son got his permit last month and has been driving everywhere. Even the freeway! Good thing I have an "oh crap" bar over the passenger seat!
