MERRY CHRISTMAS 2009 FROM THE RICHARDSONS!

Happy Holidays 2009 from our house to yours! We decided to "go green" and do an online Christmas letter to everyone this year! We hope that this year has been as good to your family as it has been to ours!

Randy has been busy working for JCI (Johnson Controls, Inc). This is the same company he's been with since we moved here in January of 1999, just has a different name. He enjoys his job and is excited to be learning Inventor soon and finishing up other projects.

In late Sept, Jody ended her job of 5-1/2 years with Forrest General to work for a company called Focus Infomatics out East. She works at home doing medical transcription for hospitals in California (southern). She also keeps busy with family and hobbies, and playing with her 2-year-old grandson, Jabari.

Kayla has been busy this year, visiting family in Utah in August-Sept-October. She's working on obtaining her GED and busy with being a mommy. She and Lemanuel (Skip) are back together as a couple and plan to get married (date to be announced later). Skip was baptized into the church while he and Kayla were visiting SLC this past fall!!

Jacob is 6 foot 5 inches tall and our gentle giant (when he's not throwing a fit). This year, he underwent a sleep study test and they found he has sleep apnea. He actually let them put all that gear on him for the sleep study (such a good boy!) and wears his CPAP mask at night. He's still learning about expressing his feelings and talking more.

Jabari just turned 2 years old on Christmas eve. He's learning to talk more and loves his Barney and Sponge Bob (he calls him Bobo). He will soon be attending a monthly class at the Hattiesburg Zoo where he can learn about Zoo animals and other fun things.

Our niece, Stephanie, is living with us now and we enjoy having her back with us! She's fun to have around and helps out a lot around the house and with grocery shopping. She's busy looking for work and dealing with her lupus. She is engaged to Tyler and we wish them the best in the days and years to come!

We added another "member" to our family...Chomby the German Shepard mix dog. He's 9 weeks old and a real go-getter! He was Jabari's early birthday presents (the got him on 12/19). He and Bari love to play together and it's fun to watch them romp around the house!
